Barberries Photography specializes in baby's first year portraits in studio & on location.

You’re welcome to book either a single session or combine two for even more variety. Many of the examples you’ll see on this page are from parents who chose to do both. We offer a range of options, including cake smash, fruit smash, and regular (no smash) first birthday portrait sessions.

Every cake smash session includes an optional family portrait add-on, baby’s individual portraits, the cake smash itself, and a fun bubble bath to wrap up the experience. While there’s no strict time limit, most sessions take between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on how your little one feels that day. To make things even easier for you, we provide baby’s wardrobe with a curated selection of adorable outfits.
