Barberries photography offers maternity, newborn, milestone, cake smash or 1st year portraits, & family photo sessions in Houston, TX and surrounding areas. Photo sessions are offered at the studio located in the center of Houston in the River Oaks neighborhood and on location. Mascha can also travel to your home for a family or newborn photo shoot. Many pricing packages are offered as well as a la carte options that can fit any budget. From heirloom wall art that are truly masterpieces of your very own family to luxury albums to digital images, Barberries Photography offers a full range of products.

The studio specializes in over the top newborn portraits. Mascha is well known for her artistic & out of the box vision that you will see throughout her work. If you are looking for unique portraits of your baby, Mascha is your photographer. Barberries Photography is not a high volume fit all studio, we offer a very limited number of sessions throughout the year. We do so to make sure every client feels unique & important & gets our undivided attention before, during & after the portraits are taken.

Mascha does only 30 newborn photo sessions a year and each and every one of them is unique & never a copy paste from a previous client. There is everything you will ever need for your session, no need to bring anything. If you speak on the phone or come to a consultation with Mascha, she will tell you to only bring a sleepy baby. Our second most popular specialty is cake smash & first year photography. As a luxury cake smash photographer in Houston, Mascha has been offering a unique experience of a double session. She does the cake smash at the studio and then all the family gets to be photographed on location for baby’s 1st portraits.
